I'm 5'6 "and 113 lbs. I Gained a lot of belly fat, because I am recently in the transition between sports seasons. I did not exercise because I have been very busy lately, and my stomach was gone rather flat front is. I've tried sit-ups and squats, but that does not work, I will not be any worse really. A 113 pounds. not even remotely fat. Fat People are 200 pounds or more, but if you need to make weight, you should walk around the block almost daily, when it's easier to lose two blocks on foot almost every day. Evey day I becuse not move fast if you take one or two blocks per day, you will need on a weekday.

How to lose fat is to eat less and move more. Reduce your calorie intake. How to move, sit-ups and squats, not really get rid of fat.
